Ready to refresh your closet and turn your pre-loved pieces into something new? The Closet Concierge accepts quality clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories from top designers and brands. Due to high demand, our schedule books up quickly (often months in advance), but the wait is worth it! So schedule your appointment today!

How It Works:

• Book an appointment – We’ll review your items and set you up for success.

• Commission – Consignors receive a percentage of the final sale price, which is credited to your account immediately. 

• We handle the rest – From pricing to merchandising to selling, we take care of everything!

What We Accept:

Clothing: Must be in style, on trend (unless vintage, designer, or fabulous!), cleaned, pressed, and ready to shine.

Shoes: Must be in very good to excellent condition—minor wear is okay, but no heavy scuffing or damage.

Accessories: Purses, jewelry, and other statement pieces that elevate any wardrobe.

Drop-Off Guidelines:

• Bring 20 clothing items on hangers (hangers will be returned).

• Items should be clean, wrinkle-free, and in excellent condition—the way you’d wear them straight from your closet.

• 20 additional items, including shoes, purses, and accessories, can be brought in as well.

• Jewelry - unlimited, including Sterling, gold, costume, vintage, and modern.

When selecting items to consign, put your best foot forward to ensure they are accepted and sell quickly, putting extra cash (or store credit!) in your pocket.

Brands We Do Not Accept*

To maintain our commitment to unique, quality-focused style, we do not accept items from the following brands—not based on where they’re made, but because of the brand’s business model:

• Target, Walmart, Bealls, Kohl's, Maurices, Old Navy, Amazon, Dollar Store, Shein, Temu, and unbranded Made in China.

Why? These brands are associated with mass-produced, fast-fashion merchandise. Our focus is on curated, meaningful pieces—whether upcycled, vintage, or boutique—that reflect craftsmanship and authenticity.

Fur Policy
We accept only faux fur products. 

However, we can help you give your furs a second life by donating them to wildlife rehabilitation programs. These organizations use real fur to provide warmth and comfort for orphaned or injured baby animals during recovery. It’s a compassionate way to let your fur make a difference.
